No, but Lichen Planus does.

Lichen Planus
A Compartment III/IV d/o causing primary amenorrhea in which GNRH is not released. Presents as a child who can’t smell.
Kallman Syndrome
High FSH but no breast development
Issue with the gonads (ovaries) aka Compartment II
Scarring of uterine lining after D&C or ablation
Ashermans’ syndrome. Compartment I cause of secondary amenorrhea.
What would happen to FSH if ovaries failed?
High.
If you do a progesterone challenge and they bleed, what does that mean?
outflow tract (Comp I) is normal
This infertility treatment stimulates gonadotropin release, especially LH.
