What is the scale for pulse identification
0=unable
1+= barely perceptible
2+= weak
3+= normal

How do you test for protective sensation ?
with monofilament or tuning fork…
if patient is unable to feel 5.07 monofilament then there is loss of protective sensation
a 128hz tuning fork is placed on toe until no longer feels vibration, then placed on intact area. If vibration still felt at intact area then they’re positive for loss of protective sensation.
