Why is FMS important
Early development of FMS is an important step towards ensuring an individual involvement in physical activity.
Without competence in a range of skills such as running students are less likely to access the range of options available to establish an active lifestyle
Improvements in self esteem and confidence are associated with FMS which as a flow in effect to other areas of a child’s education
