Jacques Bardelot Champagne Brut
Chardonnay and pinot noir blend. Traditional method, 3 years aging gives rich, toasty flavors. Green/yellow apple. A palate cleanser that can pair with rich/fatty/fried, charcuterie, or tart dishes
Fleur de mer, Cotes de Provence (pro-VAHNCE)
Rose of Grenache. Minimal skin contact, lightly pink. Light body, bright, crisp acid. Light fruit flavors. Brightness cuts through fatty, belly or corn mash. Pair with tart like sweetbreads brings out fruit in the wine
No. 2 Bright and crisp Loire blend
White table wine. Old World, Loire valley - mineral. Easy drinking, light and refreshing. Good as an aperitif
Recolte melon de bourgogne
Loire Valley white. Tone of fresh fruit and mineral. Older vines lead to deeper and richer fruiter flavors
Maysara Pinot Gris
Oregon but Old World style thanks to climate and natural winemaking processes. fuller body than other pinot gris. complex, earthy flavors. Pairs well with cheeses on a charcuterie board
Les Carisannes Sauvignon Blanc
Loire Valley. High in acid, classic sauv blanc grapefruit, grassy/herbaceous. Close to Sancerre. Old world, mineral. High in acid = pair with fatty or fried
La Freynelle semillon, muscadelle, sauv blanc
Bordeaux very floral from Muscadelle, grapefruit/lemon from sauv blanc. medium acid, good for an aperitif, wakes up the palate
Grand Ardeche Chardonnay
France. Briefly oaked, finished in stainless steel. Less textured, less vanilla and spice than oak-aged chards. Honey and apples, touch of vanilla. Light, crisp texture, bit of acidity to direct food pairings

Clean Slate Riesling
Mosel, Germany. Less sweet than many rieslings. Light ABV. A ton of acid and mineral. Peach, fruit forward, light residual sugar. Fruit forward and refreshing. Pair with tart to bring out fruitiness

Willamette, Oregon. Light body, dark cherry which is a classic pinot noir trait, “super delicious” - mild tannins from oak - versatile for pairing - good with game - duck, tamale, or matching richness of mole on the coppa
Quest Cab Franc, Cab Sauv
California. Our house red. Approachable. Medium body, medium tannin, dark fruit flavors - plum, blackberry. Good structure but not overwhelming. Good for an aperitif, or versatile (but not ideal) for pairing
Saint Cosme (cohm) Cotes du Rhone 100% Syrah
France. Dark fruit flavors - plum, bright berries, pepper, smoke. Not overly heavy. Medium tannins. Versatile for a red. Pair with fish, other proteins, cauliflower, game
Chateau de Jarnioux Albert Bichot, Gamay
Burgundy. Light and fresh. strawberries. Long finish, touch of mineral. Touch of acid. Appeals to pinot noir drinkers.
