Character -> Scents of pear drops, apples and jasmine. Dry style, light and fresh in the mouth with small bubbles. Light body and a nice short finish
Pet Nat - Château Tour des Gendres

Grape -> 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Region -> Bergerac, Sud-Ouest France
Character -> A fresh and fruity sparkling wine with low alcohol, light sweetness on the palate and juicy flavour
Vinification -> A refreshing and completely natural sparkling wine, produced by “Méthode Ancestrale”. That means the wine gets to finish it’s fermentation on the same bottle in which it is sold. No degorgement, no dosage, no sulphite or other additives
Ultrabrut tradition

Character -> Light yellow color, fresh scent of citrus, flowers and minerals. Dry wine with pleasant mousse and balanced acidity, good length
Vinification -> Traditional champagne vinification with coquart presses that ensure gentle pressing. 40% of the champagne is older reserve wine that has been lying in older oak barrels of various sizes, while 60% is ‘wine of the year’. Saved for a minimum of 24 months before they degorge it by hand (à la volée)

Character -> Scents of pickled lemon, wax, yellow plums and tussilago. Medium full-bodied, nice and smooth in the mouth with integrated acidity

Character -> Deep orange color. Aromatic scent of flowers, spices, ripe apples and exotic fruits such as mango. Rich taste with matured tannins
Vinification -> Organic cultivation. 35-year-old vines. It’s used natural yeast and with 10 months skin contact. 12 months storage, partly on steel and partly on used barriques. Soil is a mixture of clay and silt

Character -> Orange color. Lively and aromatic with a good complexity. Aromas of orange peel and citrus. Firm mouth feel and fresh finish
Vinification -> Hand harvested. Spontaneous yeast with 21 days skinn contact. Gentle pressing. 16 months on lees in old barrels. Unfiltered. No added sulfur
Carignan

Character -> Scent of dark cherries, forest berries and minerals. A dry wine with medium concentration and length
Vinification -> Hand harvested. Spontaneously fermentation with whole clusters. The grapes are mushed by feets. 18 months on neutral barrels. Minimal SO2 addition. Old vines, planted 1948

Character -> Rich aroma of citrus and apples, with floral tones and hints of wet stone. Dry and fresh with good fruit intensity. Young with clean fruit, minerals and a clean aftertaste
Vinification -> Fermentation and stored on steel tanks. Little filtration before bottling

Character -> Perfumed fragrance with the touch of fresh herbs and red berries. Slim and fruity with a touch of red berries and spices. Juicy wine with light tannins
Vinification -> Bush vines with no watering. Hand harvested. Gentle vinification, 20% whole clusters. Stored in a combination of concrete eggs and larger old barrels
