Aroma: Mandarin orange, sweet lime and peach.
Taste: Mandarin orange, yellow peach, bosc pear, and with crisp acidity and enhanced minerality.
Grapes: 100% Riesling
Story: Eroica is a labor of love for two of the world’s great
Riesling producers: Dr. Loosen estate of Germany, and Château Ste. Michelle of Washington state. It is named for Beethoven’s Third Symphony.
Trimbach, ‘Reserve’
PINOT GRIS

Alsace, France
Aroma: Juicy peaches and ripe pear
Taste: Full-bodied and textured with ripe smoky tropical fruit flavors and a long nutty finish.
Grapes: 100% Pinot Gris
Story: Trimbach family has owned the vineyard since 1626, and is currently in its 13th generation. The wine is vinified to complete dryness and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel and concrete vats. There is no oak aging. Bottles remain in cellar for several years before release.

Loire Valley, France
Aroma: White flowers and citrus fruit.
Taste: Tangy white peach, gooseberry and honeysuckle notes with gunflint and fresh cut grass. The finish is long and finely tuned.
Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Story: Vinified at low temperatures for 15-20 days, and sits on lees for about 3 months.

Aroma: Herbaceous notes of freshly cut grass along with pineapple and passionfruit.
Taste: Fresh, crisp with zesty ripe tropical fruits, lime leaf, pink grapefruit and lychee.
Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Story: Harvested at night when temperatures are cool. Pressed immediately with minimal skin contact into stainless steel tanks. Long slow fermentation with cool temperatures.
