It’s a bio-dynamic, organic, no chemical, no preservative Vineyard. Very holistic.

Yes, they can happen naturally but are often added as a preservative, they have anti-microbial properties. White wines have much more sulfates to preserve fresh, aromatic flavours. Reds are much more stable on their own.
