Recognise the step up but led large multi-disciplinary teams, particularly in HA: less touch points, so make them count,
Greater accountability with Minister, more uncertainty and ambiguity

Project my values and behaviours, my personal standards of respect, fairness and integrity, plus enthusiasm, commitment

Dial up Engagement, relationships (regular calls), political instincts
