What will you do all day as a Director

Recognise the step up but led large multi-disciplinary teams, particularly in HA: less touch points, so make them count,
Greater accountability with Minister, more uncertainty and ambiguity
Project my values and behaviours, my personal standards of respect, fairness and integrity, plus enthusiasm, commitment
Dial up Engagement, relationships (regular calls), political instincts
Qualities of my senior team: values and behaviours - incomplete leader model - and holding them to account and engage with teams to test temperature, learn names and roles, listen to concerns
