How have you made a decision with incomplete data
A
Uncertainty is a fact of life in projects: understand, quantify
Eg cost and schedule: QRA, RCF, Benchmarking
Decisions: determine strategic intent
Assemble most complete evidence, know gaps and biases
Triangulate with expert opinion, previous examples, scenario testing
For analysis, alt methods, also assurance
Be clear on the basis with caveats, when presenting for decision
Also if no decision is made, determine impacts and consequences
