When peasants raided chateaux, grain stores and grain transports due to rising food prices and the belief that nobles were paying brigands to destroy grain to raise its prices. Nobles were only hurt when they resisted

The August Decrees abolished the feudal system to appease the peasants
What were the October Days?
When urban workers, mostly women, stormed Versailles due to anger over bread prices. They then, having been persuaded by Bourgeoise agitators, forced Louis to come to Paris and to sign the August Decrees and the Rights of Man
