2013 Ostatu Blanco
Producers - Bodegas Ostatu, located in the heart of Rioja Alavesa region in the town of Samaniego
Varietal - 90% (viura) Macabeo, 10% Malvasia

Vinification - Fermented in stainless steel & bottled w/o further aging
2013 Bizkaiko Txakolina
Producers - Doniene Gorrondona, located in Bakio region of the Basque Country of Spain
Varietal - ALL INDIGENOUS: 85% hondarribi zuri, 12% mune mahatsa, and 3% hondarribi beltza
Vintage - 2013
Vinification - Hand picked, immediately chilled down to near freezing, fermented with native yeast in steel tanks.

Producers - Pazo del Rey, located in Monterrei (Galicia)
Varietal - 100% Godello

Vinification - Collection in perforated plastic boxes, selection table, pneumatic presses for whites, cold chamber for receiving the harvest, vats with temperature control, and French oak casks for the reds.
2013 Vega Sindoa Chardonnay
Producer - Bodegas Neckeas, located in Navarra
Varietal - 100% Chardonnay
Vintage - 2013
Vinification - Cold skin maceration for several hours, saignee method. long, cold alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel vats. No malolactic fermentation.
2014 Bodegas Luzon Blanco
Producers - Luis Sanchez/Bodegas Luzon, located in D.O. Jumilla (Murcia, Spain)
Varietal - 70% Macabeo, 30% Chardonnay
Vintage - 2014
Vinification - Stainless steel fermentation tank, then transferred into French & American oak barrels to continue fermentation. Fermentation for 30 days, Lees removed after 20 days, wine is then transferred into new barrels.

Varietal - 100% Albarino (indigenous to Spain)

Vinification - 10 months in temp-controlled stainless steel tanks. 30,000 bottles produced annually.

Vinification - Stainless steel for 2 weeks under controlled temp of 16⁰C. Then bottled on the 12th of November 2013

Vinification - Manuel Sept harvesting. 80% fermented in stainless steel and the other 20% in French oak barrels, called puncheons, resting on lees before bottling.
