Vinification - 100% free run juice. Aged for 18 - 22 months on the lees and then disgorged right before leaving the winery.

Varietal - 100% Pinot Noir

Vinification - most of the vineyards are organic, grapes are hand picked. The juice is macerated very quickly at a low pressure extraction of 50%. Held in temp controlled tanks for 18 months.
