White flowers and tarragon on the nose. Mineral driven, with citrus and herbal notes on the palate. Medium-bodied with a rounded mouthfeel. Very easy sipping wine. Pairs with pretty much everything that isn’t red meat.
Blend of 50% Encruzado, 15% Cereal Branco, 15% Malvasia Fina, 15% Bical, 5% other stuff. Sourced from multiple growers with organically farmed plots. Granite and clay soils. 20-50 year old vines at ~1200 ft in elevation. Stainless steel and concrete fermentation.

Two vineyards make up this wine. 50% comes from the home property of Myron Redford and Vikki Wetle in the Eola-Amity hills. Planted in 2006, this vineyard is certified organic and is made up of Jory, Yamhill and Woodburn soils.
