Botanicals include rosemary, mint, cucumber, grapefruit and lemon peel, pink peppercorn, coriander and star anise.
Founded by Jill Kuehler. The distillery is named after her grandmother, Freeland. Molly Troupe is the Master Distiller, who got her Masters Degree in Distillation at Heriot Watt University in Scotland. This was the first spirit the distillery released. A combination of heat distillation and vacuum distillation (which, as I understand it, allows distillation to occur at a lower boiling point, where more sensitive aromatic compounds remain intact) lets them use fresh local botanicals.
