Build: fill shaker tin 1/3 full with hot water, and building ingredients temper and heat up. Serve in flower tea cup, top with hot water, and garnish with long, tailored orange slice studded with flamed cloves. Set flower tea cup on saucer with three lemon wheels topped with grated nutmeg and spoon.

A

2 oz. irish whiskey
.5 oz. vanilla bean syrup, plus additional .5 oz for whipped cream
5 oz. hot coffee
3 oz. heavy whipping cream

Build: fill shaker tin with heavy whipping cream, .5 oz of vanilla syrup, and the coiled spring from a hawthorne strainer, and dry shake ingredients for about 15 seconds, until heavy cream lightly thickness. Build remaining ingredients in coffee mug, then slowly pour thickened whipped cream on top of hot coffee. Top with fresh grated nutmeg or allspice.
