If an EE asks about Washington DC PFL how can you find out if we manage it?
DBA is always the first place to check to see if we manage a particular paid state leave for a specific ER. Paid state leaves that Pru manages will be in the column with the black background but sometimes are listed in comments so look carefully.
If an EE ask how long they can be OOW for COFM where can you see if there are leave types that may apply?
DBA first will give you an idea if there are any paid state leaves we mange or mention of Company leaves. If there is a paid state leave mentioned look up the EE on ABS Summary to see that list of leaves EE is eligible for then investigate the details of any leaves that look like they may pertain in: JA for State Leaves, ABS Rules for State Leave, Pg 2 for company leaves.
How would you know if a specific ER prefers Pru not ask for SSN?
