What is amplitude (para 1)
Amplitude is a digital analytics platform and what we do is help teams understand product and behavioral data so they can build better experiences for their users and customers. And we do this by offering self service access to insights. A lot of teams commonly use BI tools or need to be technical, or run a sql query to get complex insights about user behavior. Access is a big theme of Amplitude.
And once teams have access to insights, you’ll notice a theme of taking action. So how do teams take action? They observe insights, create hypotheses, run experiments and measure business outcomes like revenue, more conversion, or whatever you might be tracking.
So again, we’ll see that theme of insight, action, and outcome a lot in Amplitude. So how do we do this?
