What is Diplopia?
Diplopia is when you see two images of the same thing. It could be seen as double vision.
What are drop attacks
Sudden falls with out without consciousness as a result of either collapse of postural muscle tone or abnormal muscle contractions in the legs.
What is dysarthria?
Difficulty speaking caused by brain damage or brain changes later in life
What is dysphagia?
Medical term for swallowing difficulties
What is nystagmus?
Rapid involuntary movement of the eyes
What are the 5 D’s and 3 N’s?
Diplopia, dizziness (vertigo, light head, giddiness), drop attacks, dysarhria, dysphagia, nausea, numbness and nystagmus
What is dizziness
Feeling dizzy
What is nystagmus
Uncontrollable eye movement
What is nausea
Feeling sick
What is numbness
Lack of sensation
What special questions should you ask for someone with a radiculopathy in the neck region?
