I 800-1000 = EBC; II 1100-1200 = EBC; III 1300-1500.
I 300-375 = Luvibond; II 413-450 = Luvibond; III 488-563 = Luvibond;

Use = Dark Beer, “Salvator Bockbier”, Stout, Porter, Alt Beer, “Bockbier”
“Schwarzbier”
Rate = up to 1 - 5 %: Result: deeper aroma of dark beers as well as beer color
