Nomadic life
Sheep and goat rearing
A lot of potential through mineral resources but haven’t been explored much

A

Not as high as northern mountains, parallel ranges, difficult terrain, intermontane valleys, high passes, limestone ridges, mineralised, mostly bare vegetation
Safed koh: peaks covered in snow
Limestone ridges in kohat, springs, Peshawar is fertile
Waziristan: mineralised, devoid of vegetation
Sulaiman kirthar: limestone and sandstone
Bare of vegetation
