Bias of self report: memory, knowledge, social desirability

What are some strengths of surveys?

It is the correlation between a new test and existing tests which claim to measure the same construct
What is factor analysis?
Factor analysis is a way to condense the data in many variables into a just a few variables.
Factor analysis is a way to take a mass of data and shrinking it to a smaller data set that is more manageable and more understandable
