Expert
: intuitive grasp of situation based on tacit knowledge, uses analytical approaches in NEW situations, atypical problem solver, doesn’t rely on rules has a schema for the “what ifs”
Proficient
holistic, good priority skills, see deviations from normal patterns has a schema of many patterns. Some what ifs
