Domestication
The artificial process of selectively breeding animals or plants for specific traits for the benefit of humans.
Wild v. Domesticated
Generally after things become domesticated they are bigger and have a larger yield, but not necessarily more nutritious or healthy.
Commensal Domestication
animals that are domesticated for their loyalty and usefulness
Prey domestication
animals domesticated as a food resource
Neolithic Revolution
The introduction of permanent villages, agriculture, pre pottery
The Neolithic Package
Tools for clearing and harvesting, usually polished and ground stone tools and believed chipped stone tools become lower quality
Sedentism
Living in a single place for a long time, ex: villages
Secondary Products
Other resources made from animals that is not their body, ex: milk, eggs
Trends with agriculture
Denser populations, established villages, accumulation of stuff like land, power, prestige. Social development in large societies, and organized warfare or violence.

Farming is easier that foraging, farming is healthier that foraging
