The poor men endured privation and couldn’t eat

The sinister group was planning something evil

Being everywhere at the same time
Tourists are ubiquitous on this island

Distant, hidden away
When I grow older, I want to live in a remote house

The man’s bad attitude should’ve been a harbinger for the man to cut ties with him

Cancer/causing damage
The person was a bad man, and was a malignant to have on our team

Agonizing, torturing
The voluble man was excruciating for my brain

The man finally stopped talking and I had a respite

The loud music was reverberating down the street

Worrisome, irritable
The fretful man was starting to annoy me

Person that is angry because they are jealous
