Stake management
A
where someone makes claims about the stake that someone has in a situation – meaning whether they have the authority or responsibility to be involved. This can include someone pointing out the responsibility of another person, such as saying, ‘As the manager, I would have expected you to have sorted this out.’

Q
Three-part list
A
when something is listed as a three, such as ‘hands, face, space’. This is done to make the list seem more solid and universal. Sometimes people finish off a three-part list with a general phrase to still achieve this effect, such as ‘the doctor, the nurse and other staff’.
