It refers to the relationship between different sectors of the economy, and the impact these sectors have on each other.
- zimbalist believed that as one sector changes, such as expanding, it has an impact on a second sector, such as cause an expansion, and then a third sector and so on.

  • it is based on longer-term patterns of trade and assumes fixed coefficients.

  • deliberate and deception, its main promoters of hosting are the economic international that stand to gain the most.
  • cities and countries can fall behind in their construction schedule due to lots of reasons.
  • a lot of the time cost overruns occur during bitting processes, as event organisers lowball the cost estimate in order to obtain government funding and approval.

a bad outcome is likely.
- still question on if restrictions will allow the games to go ahead.
- if Japan is relying a lot on tourism numbers for spectators, they will not get many leaving a negative impact on the economy.
