A: increase awareness, reduce bias and stereotypes, change behaviours

A:
Not guided by psych theories- best when incentives and matched with other initiatives, targets awareness and skill, training groups are diverse. Focus on transparency, emphasize benefits of multiculturalism
Q: What are demand effects?
Demand effects- people feeling they need to be doing something more when they are being watched by JA psychologist
Q: What is language bias?
A: Language Bias- words used are not including everyone in JA descriptions
Q: What is the majority effect?
A: Majority Effect- underrepresented results from JA

A: Short training session delivered online

Behaviours did not change much- attitudinal support and inclusive intentions increase for men and outside US, more gender bias acknowledgement

A: Groupthink- need more group diversity
Lack of experience with contact- more opportunities and experiences abroad
Biased recruitment, promotion- transparent procedures and reporting to reduce implicit and explicit bias
Increased mistrust and conflict- promote multiculturalism
