Q: What is the difference between employee green behaviours and pro-environmental behaviours?
A: Employee green behaviours- specific actions in the workplace that an employee does to contribute to the environment
Proenvironmental behaviours- broad actions that an individual does to make a positive change in their lives for the environment
Q: What are the five aspects of taxonomy?
A: involves transforming, conserving, avoiding harm, influencing others, taking initiative
Q: According to Weirnik et al what are some recommendations to promote PEB?
A: Increase convenience, give clear information, provide incentives, use psychosocial processes like social modelling and cognitive dissonance
Bring in people who are environmentally proactive while training current employees as well
Q: What are some concerns when it comes to the Myers-Briggs tests?
A: Lacks predictive validity, not necessarily related to jobs, inappropriate use, face validity concerns
Q: What do we know regarding personality tests?
A: traits can fit within jobs, need to study narrower aspects rather than broad dimensions, contextual performance is important, many tools have limitations, some traits can be good on some tasks and bad in others (bidirectional), risk of improper use
