schizophrenia
Psychosis defined by abnormalities in perception, content of thought processes, and extreme withdrawal of one’s interest from individuals and outside world
Psychosis

Neuro malignant syndrome
Potentially fatal
More likely due to dehydration, warm, climates, and genetics
sx- muscle rigidity, labile, BP, high fever
