Sternal Head: Top of manubrium
Clavicular Head: Medial 1/3rd of clavicle
Sternocleidomastoid Insertion
Mastoid process of temporal bone + lateral portion of superior nuchal line

-Rotate head + neck opposite side
-Laterally flex head + neck same side

-Flex head and neck
-Assist to elevate ribcage during inhalation
