Insomnia with improper diet leading to spleen and stomach disharmony, resulting in phlegm-fire disturbance.

Insomnia accompanied by restlessness, anxiety, irritability, dizziness, headache, fullness in the chest and hypochondriac regions, red tongue with yellow coating, and a wiry, rapid pulse.
