Explain congruence and equivalence in relation to occupational balance
Congruence: Actual vs. desired time spent in occupations.
Equivalence: Time spent in occupations meets the four dimensions.
High congruence and equivalence leads to a good life balance, meaning positive physical and mental health outcomes.
Becomes imbalanced when do it for a long period of time and starts to negatively impact mental health.
