A team meets and learns about its objectives
Storming
Conflict occurs between the members. Team begins to work out its issues and build trust internally.
Norming
Team members have resolved most disagreements and personality clashes by this stage to form a culture of cooperation.
Performing
team members are now comfortable working together towards their shared goals.
Level 1: Interpersonal Team Building
- getting to know each other.
- having a better understanding of each other’s personalities and behaviours, so as to communicate with each other
Level 2: Team Roles
-team roles each of the team members play within the team.
- bring out the team members’ intrinsic personalities, behaviours and team role skills.
-individual team members to play different roles.
Level 3: Shared Vision
-This is important because they might have a different appreciation of the purpose of the project and, consequently, might be pulling in different directions.
