what is a obstructionist stance
this is when the organization or the people in the organization are acting illegally or unethically in a organization
defensive stance
making sure to do the bare minium and follow the law so no legal action can be taken against them
accommodative stance
when a organization realizes that they need to be socially responsible and they need to make ethical decisions
proactive stance
when you act in advance of a future situation rather then responding when it happens
