-employee behaviour that goes against the legitimate interests of an organization.
What are some examples of CWB?

What constitutes scientific misconduct?
-Fabrication
-Falsification
-Plagiarism
(falsification is a more problematic category)
What is the relationship between OCB and CWB?
-OCB and CWB could be considered opposites in the sense that the former benefits the organization, whereas the latter harms it.
What are some common factors of OCB and CWB?
-Both OCB and CWB can be separated into behaviour that is directed toward other employees and behaviour directed toward the organization as a whole.
