Define organisational learning
The activities and processes of learning that occur in all organisations
A change in organisational knowledge typically adds to, transforms, or reduces organisational knowledge’
Organisational learning is said to be adaptive learning, define this
A type of learning that focuses on past actions as a basis for future strategies. Aims to make incremental imprvoemtns that improve results. (Single loop learning, inherintely protective & competitive)
Learning organisations are said to require generative learning, define this.
Style of learning that incorporates existing knowledge with new ideas through experimentation and open-mindedness in an effort to drastically improve results. (Double loop learning).

Afforded opportunities - including resources and workplace norms that support learning.
Employee engagment - extent of participatoin and collaboratoin on the part of the individual and other employees int he workplace
Guided learning in the workplace augments individuals learning through contributions that cannot be realised through everyday activities alone.

Guided learning - where teacher acts as facilitator, structuring learning using activities, artefacts and environment.
