Diagnostic Criteria of schizophrenia

A

A- characteristic symptoms (need at least 2)- delusions, hallucinations, disorganised speech, negative symptoms, behaviour disturbance
B- social/occupational dysfunction- noticeable impairment- work, relationships, self care
C- duration- at least 6 months
D- exclusions- exclude other disorders
