Relatavism
Domain of personal values, rules of behaviour and regulating social interactions
Morals
Emphasises the importance of understanding value-laden decisions in their appropriate factual context and culture
Casuistry
Something one is bound to fulfill or perform
Obligation
Personal quality or virtue to act fairly towards others, share resources equally and respect the rights of others
Justice
The collective belief- and value system of any moral community or professional group.
Ethics
School of taught that one acts according to one’s duty as the act is intrinsically good
Deontology
Concepts give worth or importance in life and interactions, making up a value system
Values
Accepted standards that can be used to judge conduct
Norms
Believes that there are many different value systems and points of view as to an ethical stance
Moral plurism
Situation in which a choice has to be made where there is clash of principles and/or duties
Dilemma
Also known as “Consequentialism”
