Q

Transgender & Sport

A

-Worry relates to unfair advantages: cisgender women vs. trans women, because boys and men are stronger & faster
-Desire is for ‘like to compete with like’ = cis women against cis women; trans women against trans women
-But trans women are not same as cis men, especially those who have gone through HRT- the evidence for a “trans advantage” is completely lacking; Testosterone is also not a miracle sports performance hormone.
