Sprains - Arnica Montana
- Bruised feeling, as if beaten, as from a blow, as from a fall
- Aversion/fear to being touched or approached

- Better cold bathing, local cold applications

- Aversion to being disturbed, worse least motion, jarring
- Better lying on painful side, constant pressure, being perfectly still

- Stiff painful feeling leading to restlessness

- Worse cold dry weather
- Bell’s palsy from cold wind or getting wet

- Puncture wounds
- Coldness of part, better with cold and worse with heat
- Blueness or purplish
- Affected parts become cold, puffy, and mottled, which is ameliorated from cold

Fractures - Arnica montana
- Marked ecchymosis
- Fear of being approached, least he be touched
- Constipation after injury
Fractures - Bryonia alba
- Worse from least motion
- Great thirst for large quantities
Fractures - Calendula
- Lacerations
- Head pains after mechanical injuries
- Tendency to take a cold, wet weather aggravates
Fractures - Carbolic acid
- Finger tips crushed
- Fractures with torn soft tissue
- Anaphylaxis from bee stings
Fractures - Hypericum perfoliatum
- Neuralgic pain
- Fracture with laceration
- Main remedy for compound fractures
- Injuries to spine, esp the coccyx

- Sighing during shock
- Deep purple or black discoloration

Lumbago/Sciatica - Belladonna
- Sudden
- Worse right side

- Sciatica increasing and decreasing suddenly

- Weak feeling in lumbar region

- Right-sided, or begins on right and moves to left

- Lumbago/stiffness after grief/suppressed emotion
Lumbago/Sciatica - Nux vomica
- Severe pain with marked sensitivity and anger
- Lumbago with labor-life pain on urging during stool
- Sciatic pain maddening, cramping
Lumbago/Sciatica - Rhus toxicodendron
- Stiffness/immobility with pain better continued motion
- Worse sitting still, on first motion in morning, cold damp, getting wet, and from lifting
- Back pain - must constantly move in bed

- Lumbago with stiffness and lameness
- Worse after injury/strain
