affective action
action via emotional needs - attending a certain uni just based off of the fact your friends go there
traditional action
actionsguided by customary actions - doesn’t consider uni as everyone in their family has never gone to uni
authority
closely related to power
those whom power is exercised over must believe the power holder has the moral right/authority to exercise the power.

examined the aristocracy who lacked economic wealth, yet strong political power
contrary to Marx it shoes that power does not = money
