Q

formation of a tropical storm

A
  1. warm moist air rises, leaving an area of low pressure below – warm surrounding air moves into the low pressure
  2. risen air cools and consences into thunderstorm clouds
  3. coriolis effect spins the clouds
  4. additions of energy allow for faster winds
  5. eye of the sotrm is extrememly low pressure
  6. when a storm reaches the coast, it creates a storm surge
  7. when it reaches land, the energy is lost
