Boating weather.
Cyclone and hurricane
Right of semicircle is dangerous. Wind is veering. On the left is the navigable side where the wind is backing.
Veering
Wind changing clockwise as front passes.
Backing
Wind changing counterclockwise as front passes.
Right is wrong
The right semi cycle of a cyclone adds storm track and wind speed.
Navigable semicircle.
The left side of the cyclone pattern.
Dangerous semicircle.

With back to wind, left arm straight to side and slightly forward is direction of eye of storm or center of low pressure.
Dew point.
Temperature at which condensation occurs. Fog and clouds are condensed vapor.
Humidity
Percent of moisture in the air compared to how much the air is capable of holding at a certain temperature.
Sling psychrometer.
Two thermometers, one with a wet sock. The thermometers are swung to increase evaporation. The difference in temperatures is compared to figures in a table.
Fog.
Temperature drops below dew point.
Advection fog.
Coastal fog when warm moist air blows over colder surface.
Radiation fog.
Ground fog burns off with more sun.
Arctic sea smoke.
Extremely cold air over warmer water in arctic.
Cirro clouds.
High clouds. Above 20000
