A
- HSI shall report to ATF any firearms/explosives intel or violations

- Each time a nexus statement is requested, an ATF agent needs to open a case to generate the report.

- Large time to crime is indicative of a secondary market.

- What you get from e trace: Last recorded purchaser/transferee, time to crime, FFL who conducted sale.
- ATF multiple sale forms = great lead generator.
- generated when purchase of 2+ handguns in 5 days
- or if on the southern border - 2 rifles greater than .22cal.
