What is Wasted Energy?
A
Some energy that is transferred in a system can escape to the surroundings as ‘wasted energy’. This heat, light or sound that is produced by the energy system, but that is not useful to us.

How can we reduce ‘wasted energy’?
A
We need to improve energy efficiency. This is important because fuel and electricity are becoming increasingly more expensive.
