- THE OPERATIONAL LEVEL IS THE LEVEL THAT LINKS THE TACTICAL LEVEL TO THE STRATEGIC LEVEL BY GUIDING TACTICAL RESULTS TO ATTAIN STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES.
