  • all unemployed conscripted into workforce
  • forced volounteweing introcuded - wprkers expected to join projects like road fixing for free
  • private trade was made illegal and all buissness were nationalised.workers under strict government control
  • hyperinflatoin led to money becoming worthless and therefore was abolished so all public services like trains and trams were mae free

  • Many bolshevik policies reversed workers no longer in charge of the factories
  • strict punishments for dsiruption of labour eg death penalty for striking
