What Articles of Confederation had
Each state is independent
Each state would send representatives to the Congress of Confederation
Congress was the only branch of gov ( no president)

Articles of Confederation- Pros and Cons
Pro: States were independent
Con: States had different interests
Congress couldn’t enforce laws- couldn’t collect tax money or recruit military
In order to change articles all states had to agree
