What are the way(s) to tilt the cab?
Automatic Cab Lift: Batt. on go to officer side panel make sure switch is pointing to “raise” and activate switch until the guard on the hydraulic piston passes the lock the move switch to lower being careful not to jam the lock lower cab until the lock cannot come out of the guard.
Manual Cab Lift: The manual cab lift is under the hydraulic pump for the automatic cab lift. using the handle from the drivers compartment. insert the handle into the hole and manually pump following the same process as above.
Name where to check the engine oil level.
2 places. dip stick on officer side of engine compartment or site glass on driver side low near the front of the engine compartment.
Name where to check hydraulic fluid level for cab tilt.
Hydraulic fluid reservoir for cab tilt is next to its pump on officer side of engine compartment low and aft of the engine and tranny.
Name where you add engine oil.
Top of the engine block where oil cap is located.
What type of oil is used?
15W40
Name all the places where you can see the oil pressure.
Gauge on the dash, command zone in cab, command zone on pump panel.
What is normal engine oil operating pressure?
40-50 psi
Where is the fly wheel located?
The transfer case between the engine and tranny.
Where is the Transmission located
In engine compartment behind the engine.
Where do you check transmission fluid.
Orange Trans. fluid dip stick in engine compartment.
What type of trans fluid does the vehicle take?
Transynd synthetic
How do you properly check trans fluid
On level ground idling in neutral, best if warmed up.
Where do you add trans fluid?
In the trans dip stick tube.
Where can you see trans temp
Gauge in dash, command zone in cab, command zone on pump panel
