If you are involved in an accident who are you responsible to notify?

If you are involved in an accident and have notified DPSC, who would DPSC notify?
Staff duty officer, Deputy Chief, Battalion Chief, Safety Officer, your immediate supervisor, and PD from the proper jurisdiction. If the unit involved is volunteer-owned or the personnel involved are volunteers, DPSC shall notify the shift commander of the volunteer station. The shift commander of the volunteer station shall notify the appropriate volunteer chief.
If you are involved in an accident, who does the investigation?
BC and Safety officer unless extenuating circumstances, the one or the other can conduct the investigation on their own.
If responding on an emergency call, the vehicle involved in the accident may proceed to the dispatch location, under what circumstances?

How long and where should the FRD-162 First Day Check be kept?
This form shall be maintained in the vehicle logbook for the current month. The document will then be maintained in the station files for three years. After three years, the FRD-162 may be discarded.
How long and where should the FRD-036 SCBA check sheet be kept?
The FRD-036 shall be removed at the end of the month and retained in the station files for one year. At the end of one year, the records shall be sent to the Air Shop for archiving.
How many personal injury kits should be in the vehicle log book? What section are they in?
A minimum of four personal injury kits shall be maintained on each vehicle and shall be kept in Section “F.”
